FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT: - On 29/5/2014 at
about 0330hrs, on Eko Bridge inward Lagos from Surulere one Daf Truck with Reg.
No. JJJ 590 XA driven by one Justice Oseghai ‘m’ rammed into one Volkswagen
Golf Saloon Car with Reg. No. AKD 107 CJ driven by one Adebola Ladoja ‘m’ son
of former Governor of Oyo State. Victim died on the spot. The corpse has been
deposited at Lagos General Hospital morgue for autopsy. The case is under
investigation at Iponri Division
SUDDEN AND UNNATURAL DEATH: - On 28/5/2014
at about 0510hours, one Ovate Erim ‘m’ aged 32yrs old, a security guard
attached to Union Bank LUTH Branch was allegedly found motionless in the Bank’s
premises. The victim was rushed to LUTH where he was confirmed dead. The corpse
has been deposited at the hospital morgue for autopsy. The case is under
investigation at Itire Division.
ARREST OF SUSPECTED ARMED
ROBBER/RECOVERY OF ARM AND BURGLARY INSTRUMENTS-
On 25/5/2014 at about 0015hours, Police operatives attached to Alakara Police Division Mushin accosted and Arrested one Nojimu Adekanbi ‘m’ of no fixed address. Suspect was searched and was discovered to have unlawfully possessed the following items one cut to size single barrel locally made gun, charm, saw and a pair of plier. The case is under investigation at Alakara Division.
